Bling Build Pt 2.5

Ok there must be something in the water at the moment. So many nice wheel builds going out the door. Had my first experience with the new Aireal Symetech hubs the other day. Damn fine product, and Australian made to boot. Keep em in mind next time your in the market.

Well I had to add this particular build as its right up my alley in the world of things that are light and nice. This time it was for the star of the new Clict 2 DVD, ladies and gentlemen, Mr Manual himself, Chris Quain. The concept was a Red Chris King ISO built on to a DT Swiss XR4.2D Rim. The result was a rear wheel that is too light to print. OK, the scales we have here only go to 200g…… so that’s the real reason, but if you’re on the commute to work in the morning and you hear the sound of an angry hornet coming by, say ‘Hey Chris nice wheel’ and he will reward you with a manual.
